Staying in the UAE through work
It is also possible to get UAE residence for Iranians by working in this country. To get a working residence in the UAE, first a company or an individual must apply for a two-month visa to the UAE government as your sponsor. The guarantor will support you in the UAE by giving a guarantee, and if you stay illegally in the UAE, the government will use the guarantee to collect fines.
In this method, after interviewing the sponsor and receiving a job offer, the applicant asks the sponsor to apply for a visa. After the application of the guarantor and delivery of the applicant’s documents and completion of legal procedures, the two-month UAE work visa will be issued to the applicant. After the 2-month visa is issued and the applicant enters the UAE, the applicant can sign a contract with the sponsor and apply for the main work residence of the UAE within this two-month period.
The work permit is issued by an organization called MoHRE, the Ministry of Human Resource and Emiratisation, and if the employer and the applicant face problems at work, this organization will be the authority to resolve disputes and other legal issues. For more information, we suggest you refer to this link.
Within 2 months, the job applicant in the UAE, together with the sponsoring company, must complete the legal procedures, including splash tests, obtaining an Emirates residence card (Emirate ID), labor card (LABOR CARD) and stamping the work permit in the applicant’s passport. After completing these steps, a person can apply for a family visa for other members of his family, which you can read the full terms of on the website of the Emirates Immigration Department in this link.
