Residence in Dubai for Iranians through education
The UAE issues 1 to 5-year academic residence for students over 18 years old and foreign students who intend to study in the UAE. It is not difficult to get an academic residence and it is conditional that a university or college in the UAE (must be international) in the UAE issues an acceptance letter to the applicant.
Currently, the normal study visa of the UAE is issued with a validity of one year, but the golden study visa of the UAE is issued with a validity of 5 years. It is possible to study only in international universities of the UAE, such as Sorbonne University or Mohammed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, and studying in normal UAE universities is only for Emiratis. To study, the applicant must obtain admission from the desired university through various available channels and apply for a visa and residence by registering through this link or visiting the GDRFA office in Dubai or other emirates. Please note that acceptance does not mean a definitive issuance of a visa and other conditions such as medical test, security check and GDRFA approval are required for visa issuance.
UAE golden student visa:
This 5-year residence, which is known as the Golden Visa, provides the conditions for a 5-year residence for a student, and the student can also apply for residence for his family members.
Special conditions for 5-year academic residence:
The student must have obtained 95% of full marks in high school.
The student must have a GPA (Grade Point Average) above 3.75.

Study visa through parental residence:
In general, all children of UAE residents can study in this country. For boys over 18 years of age, it is possible to study only if there is a confirmation of continuing education from a college or university, and if the boy has completed his education in another country and is over 18 years old, he must apply for study admission and visa separately. .
Girls’ education has no age limit and they can study in this country as long as their parents have valid residence.
validity duration:
The validity of the normal academic visa is 1 year and the golden academic visa is up to 5 years, which can be extended by the same amount if you continue your studies consecutively and have the approval of the university.
